Low FODMAP Moroccan Spiced Chickpeas

Serves 4

Ingredients:

 

1 can chickpeas/ garbanzo beans  (15oz)
1 tbs Extra Virgin Olive Oil OR Garlic Oil
1 tbs Foddies Moroccan Spice Mix (or LoFo equivalent)

 

Method: 

Pre-heat oven to 375F
Drain and rinse chickpeas thoroughly
Spread chickpeas out onto paper towel or teatowel and allow to dry
Once dried, coat in olive oil and Foddies Moroccan spice mix
Spread onto baking tray and roast for 30 mins, shaking the tray a couple times during cooking to cook evenly

*Can also be cooked in air-fryer at 400F for 10-12 mins, shake regularly for even browning.
