DIRECTIONS:

What you'll need at home:
- 3 eggs (or equivalent egg replacer)
- 190g butter (or nuttelex)
- 1tsp vanilla essence

1. Preheat oven to 160 celsius
2. Melt butter in microwave
3. Empty contents of Pouch 1 into bowl
4. Add melted butter into bowl and combine on low speed (hand mix is fine)
5. While mixing on low speed, add eggs and vanilla essence
6. While mixing on low speed, add contents of Pouch 2
7. Turn speed up to ensure all contents are mixed together
8. Pour into baking tray provided
9. Bake for 20 - 25 minutes (keep lid off)

Ingredients: sugar, gluten free flour (maize starch, rice flour, tapioca starch, rice bran, guar gum), cocoa powder, xanthan gum
