What is your online offering?

The entire Foddies product range is now available online. From frozen meals and dumplings, to sauces and mixes, and even fresh meals with weekly rotations, you can get everything you need from our online store

What if I don't live in Melbourne?

Our range of ambient products (sauces, mixes, kits, grains, etc) can be shipped Australia-wide. Additionally, if you live in NSW, ACT or QLD our frozen range (meals and dumplings) is available throughout a number of health food stores and boutique grocers. If you can't find our nearest product near you, feel free to ask the store manager to get in touch with us!

Is there a minimum order for delivery?

No. We do charge a flat shipping fee of $14.95 for any order below $69.95. Orders over that amount have free shipping.

How do the orders work? 

Because we have such a wide range, it depends on what you order. 

For orders containing fresh meals that are placed by Tuesday @ 2pm, an email will be sent Wednesday night confirming delivery times for Thursday/Friday.

For orders containing fresh meals that are placed by Saturday @ Midnight, an email will be sent Sunday night confirming delivery times for Tuesday/Wednesday.

Orders without fresh meals will generally be delivered within 2 - 3 business days within Melbourne.

Interstate orders and orders outside of Melbourne are generally dispatched within 1 - 2 business days. These orders are delivered via courier and so delivery time will be based on distance from our location and can vary.

What if I won't be home to accept delivery?

No worries! Any frozen/refrigerated items are delivered in a Styrofoam box with ice packs to keep them cool until you return home. Just hold on to the box so we can swap it over for your next order to help reduce wastage.

I didn't get an email confirmation, is there a problem?

If you don't have an email from us by the morning after you were supposed to, please get in touch with us at info@foddies.com. Sometimes there are gremlins in the system and the emails we send don't make it out.

I miss your donuts. Can I still get them?

We've recently made our cinnamon donuts available on our fresh meals menu for home delivery! If they're popular, we'll add more options to the menu! You can check them out here.
